We ship via FedEx Ground, please add $6.95 shipping for each mattress protector. Purchase 3 or more and receive FREE Shipping. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery; call to inquire on availability if you need your order sooner.

Returns

For sanitary reason, sheets and bedding is not returnable if original packaging is opened. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs and eBay, Paypal or Billpoint fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time, otherwise, a restock fee of 20% would apply. All claims for damage or defects must be made at time of delivery with carrier.
